Slow-and-Low Glazed Chicken Wings
*Recipe and photo from customer Chris J.*
-
1 pound chicken wings, disjointed and trimmed
-
12oz Zesty Orange Ginger sauce
-
Place your wings in a container; cover with sauce and refrigerate 8 hours or longer (Chris recommends letting them marinate overnight)
-
When you're ready to cook, heat your grill/smoker to ~275; if you have a plate for indirect cooking, it's recommended you use that to help prevent burning
- Once your grill/smoker is up to temp, place wings on the grate, close the lid, and let smoke for 1 hour
- Turn the wings and let smoke until they reach 160º (around 30-45 minutes)
- Remove, let rest for 10 minutes (lightly covered), then serve and enjoy!

"These did not last long. They turned out great!"
