This sauce has been described as citrusy, sweet, and slightly spicy. You get the orange up front, sweet in the middle, and the ginger-bite at the back. It has a medium-thin viscosity and works great as a glaze, a dipping sauce, a marinade, and as a "topper" after the foods are already cooked. It pairs especially well with Asian cuisine, vegetables, seafood, and white meats.

Faqs

You mean besides a whole lot of deliciousness?! I always use the best ingredients I can source. That means organic and non-GMO as much as possible, no added chemicals or artificial ingredients, vegan/beegan friendly, and low salt/sugar too. Additionally, being gluten-sensitive myself, all of my sauces are gluten-free.

Absolutely! They are shelf stable for at least two years and, after opening, as long as they are refrigerated properly they should last you at least six months (but who wants to take six months to use our sauce?!!). Because there are also a variety of factors that can impact the safety of any condiment used (such as temp of refrigerator, if the lid/sauce is cross-contaminated etc.) we recommend using common sense; if it looks or smells off, it's best to discard it.

The older I get, the more I understand that small changes can have big results. The influence of my parents and a few specific friends have helped me be more conscious about doing my part... even if it's little things... to help the planet. Once I realized I'd be shipping my sauces I made a commitment to myself to use as little plastic and as much recycled or reused material as possible for my packing and shipping. My shipping boxes are made of recycled materials, my tape is recyclable, and the wrapping/filling inside your box is either recycled material, recyclable material, and/or compostable material. It's not the easiest or cheapest way to send my sauces, but I believe it's the responsible way and am excited to be able to offer it to my customers :)
