Ginger Beef Soft Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

  • 2lb lean ground beef

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

  • Piquant Peanut sauce

  • 1 package coconut-flour wrap (or your wrap of choice)

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once heated, add the minced ginger and sauté 2-3 minutes, until softened.

  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, draining the melted fat at the end if desired.

  3. Place one wrap on a plate and scoop desired amount of meat onto it. Top with shredded cabbage, red onion, bean sprouts, and cilantro.*

  4. Top with ~2T Piquant Peanut sauce per wrap*

  5. Fold or roll the wrap, then bite and enjoy!

*Alternatively, you can place all of the cooked ground beef, cabbage, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and desired amount of Piquant Peanut sauce in a bowl and mix all together; then scoop out the mixture per wrap
