Crock-Pot Pork and Broccoli

This recipe takes only about 10 minutes of actual work and can be used with numerous combinations of meats, vegetables, and sauces. Go ahead... get creative!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless pork loin

  • 16oz frozen broccoli florets

  • 12oz Zesty Orange Ginger sauce

Directions

  1. Cut 1.5lb pork loin into bite sized pieces. Place in a crock-pot and mix in a jar of Zesty Orange Ginger sauce

  2. Let cook for 6 hours on low

  3. Remove cooked pork (leaving as much sauce as possible) and then move your crock-pot to your stovetop (make sure yours is compatible; I use an AllClad with a cast-aluminum non-stick insert).

    • If yours isn't compatible, you can transfer the sauce to a skillet before proceeding.

  4. Add frozen veggies of your choice and cook over medium heat

  5. Simmer until the sauce has reduced to a glaze consistency; the veggies should be fully cooked by then as well

  6. Add pork back in, mix all together, and serve as desired!
