Crock-Pot Pork and Broccoli
This recipe takes only about 10 minutes of actual work and can be used with numerous combinations of meats, vegetables, and sauces. Go ahead... get creative!
-
1.5 pounds boneless pork loin
-
16oz frozen broccoli florets
-
12oz Zesty Orange Ginger sauce
Directions
-
Cut 1.5lb pork loin into bite sized pieces. Place in a crock-pot and mix in a jar of Zesty Orange Ginger sauce
-
Let cook for 6 hours on low
-
Remove cooked pork (leaving as much sauce as possible) and then move your crock-pot to your stovetop (make sure yours is compatible; I use an AllClad with a cast-aluminum non-stick insert).
-
If yours isn't compatible, you can transfer the sauce to a skillet before proceeding.
-
-
Add frozen veggies of your choice and cook over medium heat
-
Simmer until the sauce has reduced to a glaze consistency; the veggies should be fully cooked by then as well
-
Add pork back in, mix all together, and serve as desired!
