Asian Fusion Soft Tacos

Carne asada dry rub (if you don't have a store-bought version, here's a recipe for 2lbs of meat:

1T ancho chili powder

1T smoked paprika
-
1t cumin
-
1t dried oregano
-
1t garlic powder
-
1t slt
-
1/2 t allspice
-
1/2t onion powder
-
1/2t ground pepper
-
1/4t ground cayenne pepper

-
2lb ground beef
-
1 cup shredded cabbage
-
1 cup thinly sliced red onion
-
1 cup diced tomatoes
-
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
-
Piquant Peanut sauce
-
1 package coconut wraps (Vanessa used "Thrive" brand)
Directions

Brown your ground beef in a large skillet; once meat is halfway cooked, drain the melted fat.

Add the carne asada rub to the pan and mix thoroughly. Continue simmering until meat is fully cooked.

Place one coconut wrap on a plate and scoop desired amount of meat onto it. Top with shredded cabbage, red onion, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.*

Top with ~2T Piquant Peanut sauce per wrap*

Fold or roll the wrap, then bite and enjoy!
*Alternatively, you can place all of the cooked ground beef, cabbage, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and desired amount of Piquant Peanut sauce in a bowl and mix all together; then scoop out the mixture per wrap
